Coconut Water – A Health Drink

Coconut is a fruit which grows on large coconut trees. Coconut itself has many uses and one of its benefit is, it provide natural beverage which contains necessary nutrients required by the body. Coconut water generally fulfills the entire human body nutrient requirement.

We can use coconut water as a drink as well as medicine which cures diseases. It is rich in protein, vitamins, calcium, potassium, chlorine, phosphorus, iron, and other minerals. Coconut water acts as an antidote to side effects of medicines. It is a healthy drink which improves digestion and do not have any side effects. It is safer for small children and cures disease like diarrhea. Coconut water cleans your intestine and a very good medicine for kidney disease, stones, excess of albumin, typhoid, asthma, ulcer etc. It is also helpful in case of constipation and indigestion. Regular cleaning of face from coconut water removes black marks and pimples.
